The Blog of Author Robert K. Lewis

And… ANOTHER Place I’m Blogging.

I’m very fortunate to be associated with a great group of writers I met online, over at Agent Query Connect, ranked #7 on Writers Digest’s list of best websites for writers. If you’re a writer, you really should check it out. It’s a fantastic resource and support system for people that do what we do.

That group of writers I mentioned? We’re all at just about the same spot in our journey. Some of us have agents, or are between agents, some of us have a first book that is either still out on submission to editors, or didn’t go and we’re moving forward with the next book to send out to editors. One of us, Sophie Perinot, has sold her historical novel, THE SISTER QUEENS, (due out March 6, 2012).

This group started a blog, that I’ve mentioned before, called From the Write Angle. My first post went live today, entitled, “Guns, Dames, and Dark Streets“. I’d love for you to check out, maybe leave a comment if you’re so inclined. I felt a little background on the genre I love most, Hard Boiled Crime Fiction, also known as “Noir” fiction, would be a good place to start.

Hope you enjoy the post, and the blog. These are some great people, with a wealth of knowledge and a deep desire to help their fellow writers.

Enjoy!
